About The Position
Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Altoona dealership located in Duncansville, PA. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact between our customers and our service shop. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer's vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
Requirements
- One years' experience in service roles, sales or customer service required.
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact between customers and the service shop.
- Sell services to customers.
- Conduct visual safety inspections of customer vehicles.
- Ensure all customer needs are correctly addressed.
