Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Excellent customer service skills
Must have professional appearance
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Strong time management skills
Basic vehicle knowledge
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer satisfaction
Set and prepare for appointments with customers
Greet and consult with customers regarding applicable vehicle repairs and maintenance
Effectively communicate with customers regarding cost and time estimates
Distribute work between technicians efficiently
Produce final repair orders for customers
Clean and maintain work environment to ensure workplace safety
Follow all Company procedures and standards
Perform all duties as assigned
