SERVICE ADVISOR

We are specifically looking for a person with a “can-do” attitude who is prepared to do “whatever it takes” to make sure our customers have the best service experience of any repair facility in the Jackson and Cape Girardeau areas.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet incoming customers and accurately identify truck problems or complaints.
- Advise customers of needed repairs and keep them informed of the process on an ongoing basis.
- Multi-task in an ever-changing service environment.
- Process repair orders.
