Requirements

  • Prior experience as a service writer, advisor, or in automotive customer service (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Team-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to grow

Nice To Haves

  • Chevrolet/GM knowledge is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers and assess their vehicle concerns
  • Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
  • Explain service recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Help maintain high CSI scores and customer retention
  • Use dealership software to manage workflow and documentation
