About The Position

Join Car Spa, Inc. as a Service Advisor and turn every customer interaction into a sales opportunity. You'll promote our services, grow our membership base, and earn commission along the way. This is an entry-level position where you will be the face of our car wash, responsible for greeting customers, promoting car wash packages and memberships, and providing exceptional service. Your role is essential to driving revenue, growing our customer base, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

Nice To Haves

• No prior experience required – training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate customers about car wash options and membership benefits
• Promote and sell services to meet individual and team sales goals
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete transactions accurately
• Address customer questions or concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general site operations as needed
