About The Position

Ramsey Mazda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. As a primary point of contact for service customers, you will greet customers, assess vehicle concerns, document service needs, and provide clear estimates for repairs and maintenance. You will also recommend services based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines, coordinate with technicians for timely repairs, and ensure exceptional follow-up and communication throughout the service process. Requirements

• Prior experience as an automotive Service Advisor required
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication, sales, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
