About The Position

Ron Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their high-volume Service Department. The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing the service experience from vehicle check-in to delivery. This role involves communicating with customers about maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a smooth process, and driving the sale of services to meet departmental goals. The dealership offers a recently renovated facility, a strong customer base, and a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

1+ years of service writing experience.
Prior CDK experience is strongly recommended.
A desire to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
