About The Position

Spartan Toyota is seeking a top-performing, driven, and high-energy Service Advisor to join their fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role offers high earning potential for motivated individuals who excel at building relationships, recommending solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, driving revenue through service recommendations, building trust through clear communication, providing accurate estimates, setting expectations, monitoring repair progress, and consistently exceeding customer satisfaction and performance metrics.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive dealership role
Proven ability to sell services and build customer trust
Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations
Excellent communication and closing skills
Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license required
Must pass pre-employment screening (background, drug test, MVR)

Nice To Haves

ASE certification is a plus
Bilingual is a plus
