About The Position

Looking for a stable, hands-on role where you can work with people and stay busy

We’re hiring a full-time, regular Service Advisor for our Prince George, BC
dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service,

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the main contact for customers bringing in their RVs for service. Your
role is to keep things organized and ensure a smooth experience from start to
finish:

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Organized and able to handle multiple tasks
• Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Experience in RV, automotive, trades, or service environments is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their service needs
• Book and manage service appointments
• Create clear work orders for technicians
• Keep customers updated on timelines and progress
• Work closely with the service team to keep jobs on track
• Provide estimates and explain recommended work
• Close work orders and ensure accurate billing
