Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred—but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally customer-focused
- Coachable, motivated, and excited to grow with a new operation
Responsibilities
- Schedule service, maintenance, and recall appointments
- Greet guests and perform initial vehicle walk-arounds
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and priorities
- Recommend necessary and preventative services with transparency and care
- Track each vehicle from check-in through completion
- Communicate updates clearly and proactively
- Review completed work to ensure every concern is addressed
- Support a service experience built on trust, clarity, and consistency
