Requirements

  • Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred—but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and naturally customer-focused
  • Coachable, motivated, and excited to grow with a new operation

Responsibilities

  • Schedule service, maintenance, and recall appointments
  • Greet guests and perform initial vehicle walk-arounds
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and priorities
  • Recommend necessary and preventative services with transparency and care
  • Track each vehicle from check-in through completion
  • Communicate updates clearly and proactively
  • Review completed work to ensure every concern is addressed
  • Support a service experience built on trust, clarity, and consistency
