Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience required (automotive experience not required)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, coachable mindset with a drive to improve
  • Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Present vehicles confidently and lead engaging test drives
  • Guide customers through pricing, financing, and final purchase decisions
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve monthly goals
  • Deliver a seamless, professional, and memorable buying experience
  • Collaborate with management and support teams to ensure long-term satisfaction
