About The Position

Nissan of Irving is seeking to recruit skilled and enthusiastic Service Advisors to join our rapidly expanding Service Center. The Service Advisor is the frontline of the Service Department who assists customers with understanding their vehicle's maintenance and repair options and provides an estimate of cost before they are scheduled with the Technician. Requirements

Flexible schedule
Sales experience and comprehension of the automotive industry
Basic computer operating knowledge
Streamlined onboarding process
Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time without resting. (Up to 5 hours)
Capability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.
Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have a valid driver's license
Must complete the pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

Provide professional guidance on vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records; prepare repair orders, estimates, and invoices; and process payments.
Recommend and promote additional services and products to support sales and departmental revenue goals.
Schedule service appointments and coordinate effectively with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Verify warranty and insurance information and arrange loaner vehicles or alternative transportation as needed.
Communicate proactively with customers regarding repair progress, timelines, and completion status.
