About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient with computers and service management software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Provide clear explanations of recommended services and repair options.
  • Prepare and present service estimates and obtain customer approvals.
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding service status and any changes.
  • Manage service tickets and maintain detailed records of services performed.
  • Promote service specials and additional maintenance services to customers.
  • Ensure a clean and welcoming service reception area.
