Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers upon their arrival in the maintenance area.
Listen attentively to customer vehicle concerns and conduct thorough inspections.
Proactively check for recalls and retrieve crucial vehicle information.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates.
Submit documentation for warranty repair orders.
Handle customer relations on a per-need basis.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
Prepare detailed repair orders, describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs.
Obtain necessary approvals and enter repair orders into the service database.
Monitor repair work to ensure timely completion.
Review completed jobs, collect payments, and efficiently close out service orders.
