Requirements

• Clear, composed communicator -- able to explain service needs in plain language and follow through without gaps
• Organized and accurate under the pace of a busy service operation
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
• Comfortable learning DMS platforms and GM service processes -- we'll train you from day one
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A hospitality mindset -- in Anchorage, the people you serve are your neighbors, and they remember how you treated them
• Strong candidates have come from automotive, hospitality, retail, military service, and other community-oriented roles.
• Anchorage rewards people who show up, follow through, and genuinely care about the people they serve.

Nice To Haves

• Service advisor experience preferred -- not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance -- especially critical in Alaska's demanding driving conditions
• Deliver a consistent, professional pickup and delivery experience that keeps guests coming back
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
• Represent Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Anchorage and our hospitality standard in every guest interaction
