Requirements

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work seamlessly with service advisors, technicians, and customers
• Comfortable with computers and dealership systems (training provided)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service lane and assist with intake
• Prepare and organize repair orders
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Update customers on vehicle status and assist with follow-up calls
• Help maintain a smooth, organized, and welcoming service area
