This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service process and is responsible for building trust, presenting recommendations, coordinating workflow, and ensuring a professional experience from intake through delivery. The Service Advisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue growth. This role does not require previous service advisor job history. We can train the right candidate. If you have a positive attitude and aren't afraid to talk to people this can be a great fit. Pay does vary based on experience.
