Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor at a dealership.
• The ability to provide CSI scores from the last 90 days.
• A positive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• The drive to take ownership of the client experience and continuously improve.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted liaison between clients and our service team, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Proactively address customer concerns and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Educate clients on maintenance needs, repairs, and warranty options, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.
• Work with a highly motivated team of skilled technicians, responsible valets, and dedicated customer service representatives who support your success.
• Maintain outstanding CSI scores, demonstrating a commitment to client delight and dealership excellence.
