About The Position

Northwest Tire is a local, regionally owned company with over 45 years of experience in automotive, commercial, and wholesale tires, and repair work. We have 28 locations serving the upper Midwest and employ over 300 people. We are currently hiring for positions in passenger & light truck tires, commercial and truck & farm tires, and wholesale distribution. Our services include general automotive & light truck repairs, tire rotation, tire purchasing, oil & lube services, general repair on commercial medium trucks (brakes, alignments), farm service calls, and wheels/rims. We also have a wholesale division, Bandag Retread Truck Tire manufacturing centers, and Retail Commercial centers (Automotive and Light Trucks) and Commercial Truck and Farm Centers (Implement and Off the road tires – OTR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the everyday operations of the Service Department.
• Provide strong presentation and diagnostic abilities.
• Be on call for after-hour service calls.
