About The Position

Antwerpen Clarksville Autopark is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who has a proven track record and is knowledgeable about Nissan vehicles. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and the service department to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, preferably with Nissan vehicles or within a dealership environment.
Strong knowledge of Nissan vehicle systems, maintenance, and repairs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Proficiency with dealership management software and basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing a positive experience from arrival to service completion.
Accurately document service requests and vehicle issues.
Advise customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on Nissan vehicle specifications and diagnostics.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
Provide transparent and clear communication regarding service status, pricing, and warranty coverage.
Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions.
Support sales and meet department targets by promoting additional services or products when appropriate.
