About The Position
The Beyer Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Land Rover Alexandria location. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, reliability, and attention to detail. A minimum of 1 year of related experience with a high CSI and Sales history is preferred. A valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 1-year related experience with a high CSI and Sales history
- ADP experience is preferred but not required
- Hyundai experience is a PLUS!
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers promptly
- Obtaining customer and vehicle information
- Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determining and recommending needed maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Establish follow up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explaining all completed work and charges to customers
