Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service Advisor/Writing
• Previous working experience in a Honda dealership
• Working knowledge and experience of automotive products, repairs, and parts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate customers’ needs to workable technician orders
• Strong writing and typing skills
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)

• Bilingual preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Advising and greeting customers
• Listening to their description of the problems or service needed
• Determining the type of service required
• Preparing repair orders
• Estimating the additional cost for unexpected repairs and obtaining customer permission
• Following all company processes and procedures
• Advising customers of necessary services, repairs, and benefits
• Maintaining Pricing Policies
• Meeting manufacturer’s customer satisfaction levels
• Maintaining company standards of gross profit production and customer satisfaction
• Communicating internally and externally with other departments, employees, and vendors
• Updating and communicating with customers in a timely manner
• Complying with all rules and regulations as required
