Requirements

  • Experience in a dealership is great, if not, don’t worry just bring your positive attitude!
  • A hands-on, problem-solving attitude, ready to jump in, tackle challenges, and keep things moving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, composed and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming clients with professionalism and listening closely to understand their vehicle concerns.
  • Accurately confirming service coverage or warranties and clearly communicating next steps.
  • Preparing precise estimates for labour, parts and materials.
  • Creating detailed repair orders that reflect both client input and technician diagnostics.
  • Keeping clients informed with transparent updates, realistic timelines and thoughtful follow-up.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and staying aligned with our service standards.
  • Proactively identifying ways to enhance the client experience through every interaction.
