About The Position

VIP Auto Repair is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. We are looking for a Service Advisor who can build trust with customers, communicate clearly, and help guide them through the repair process while supporting our technicians and shop operations.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (automotive service advising experience preferred but not necessary)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems (or willingness to learn)
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service team, ensuring customers understand their vehicle needs while delivering a professional and positive experience.
  • Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance when needed.
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly.
  • Prepare estimates and review repair options with customers.
  • Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers.
  • Provide updates on repair progress and timelines.
  • Ensure a smooth and organized vehicle check-in and check-out process.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and build long-term trust.
  • Help maintain shop efficiency and workflow.
