About The Position

Responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their needs, and scheduling appointments as needed. They may also set up loaner cars and verify insurance before maintenance is scheduled. Watsonville Ford 550 Auto Center Dr, Watsonville, CA 95076 Monday - Friday. 9 Hour Days. Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly Obtain customer and vehicle information Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order Explain all completed work and charges to customers Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant High CSI required Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus Spanish Speaker preferred Ability to identify the problem quickly Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs (CDK, MyKaarma.) Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
