About The Position

Join Campbell Supply as a Service Advisor and become the vital link between our customers and service department. Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical repair information, service bulletins, and manufacturer documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management software.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers upon arrival and review warranty details and open repair orders.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle complaints and service requests.
  • Open repair orders and maintain proactive communication with customers regarding repair status and recommendations.
  • Assist supervisors with estimates while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to ensure transparency and build trust.
  • Document warranty information, recalls, and OEM service campaigns accurately and completely.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and pending work.
  • Follow company procedures for payment collection and vehicle release.
  • Participate in required training programs to maintain and improve product and service knowledge.
  • Support departmental operations by completing additional duties as assigned by management.
