About The Position

Nucar Preowned Superstore of Concord is seeking a top-notch Service Advisor to join their busy winning team. As part of the front-line staff, the Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation and explanation of required vehicle services and requirements. Service advisors typically earn between $60,000 an $100,000 annually. The role involves greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, creating work orders, arranging bookings, communicating them to technicians, and providing estimates. The position also focuses on streamlining workflow in automotive repair departments and maintaining safety programs.

• Current, valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts required
• 2+ years Previous service or advising experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in the automotive trade or a passion for Parts and Mechanical knowledge would be an asset

Responsibilities
