About The Position

Proudly serving northern Colorado, we’re a dealership that values relationships, consistency, and investing in our people—both on and off the showroom floor. This role is commission based. Average compensation for this position is $60,000 with top performers earning $150,000.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Team-oriented and self-motivated
Able to work independently

Nice To Haves

1-3 years of progressive experience in auto service is preferred but not required
Consistent record of service and sales success
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

Responsibilities

Greet customers and guide them through the service process with confidence, professionalism, and a focus on building long-term relationships.
Present maintenance and repair recommendations clearly, with the goal of increasing closing ratios and maximizing service sales.
Consistently follow up with customers for approvals and updates, creating urgency, and trust through timely communication.
Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and estimates are conveyed to customers.
Own the customer experience from drop-off to delivery, ensuring every interaction ends with satisfaction and repeat business.
Track performance metrics like sales totals and closing ratios to drive continuous improvement.
