About The Position

We are seeking a full-time candidate for a position as an established, long-tenured Service Advisor. Candidates must have a flexible schedule as the service department is open Monday to Saturday. Candidates will need to be reliable, missing time away from work only hurts the overall production of our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating cost estimates for parts and labor, as well as maintaining detailed records of work performed and customer feedback. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role, including addressing customer concerns regarding scheduling and car maintenance. Effective communication with service technicians about customer needs, new products, and suggestions for additional repairs is essential. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience
Flexible schedule
Reliable
Outgoing and friendly personality
Quality customer service skills
Team players and work well with others
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a clean and organized station
Acceptable driving records
Valid driver's license
Ability to create good customer relationships and have a good customer base

Nice To Haves

Bilingual is a plus
Automotive dealership service experience is also a plus
