- Proven experience in automotive or commercial vehicle service.
- Understanding complex truck systems and potential issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer programs like CDK, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Decisiv.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest in vehicle technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service from vehicle intake to final delivery.
- Providing accurate cost estimates for repairs
- Prepare detailed estimates, sell recommended services, and manage repair processes.
- Coordinate parts ordering, ensure timely delivery, and oversee repair quality.
- Invoice services, collect payments, and address customer inquiries with professionalism.
