About The Position

Gurley Leep Hyundai Subaru is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join their growing team. As the connection between customers and the service department, the Service Advisor will help deliver an exceptional ownership experience while building lasting customer relationships. This role is with a family-owned company with over 40 years of success and more than 1,500 team members.

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred (we'll train the right person)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist service customers
• Recommend maintenance and repair services
• Prepare estimates and explain repair options
• Coordinate repairs with technicians
• Communicate updates throughout the service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and accurate documentation
