About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor experience in an automotive dealership environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service department.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mentality.
• Valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dealership management software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a positive service experience from start to finish.
• Schedule appointments and accurately document customer concerns using our PBS DMS
• Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process.
• Review completed work, process invoices, and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships while contributing to dealership growth.
