About The Position

Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while efficiently coordinating vehicle service and repairs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service or a related customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient with computers and customer management software.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Listen carefully to customers' vehicle concerns and accurately document service needs.
  • Provide estimates and explanations of necessary repairs and services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Maintain communication with customers on the status of their vehicles and answer any questions.
  • Process service orders and complete all necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Promote additional maintenance and service opportunities to customers to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
