About The Position

Lia Honda Albany is seeking an experienced Service Advisor(s) to join our team. This role involves overseeing the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. The Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for customers, communicating repair information and recommendations from technicians, and providing concierge support for all owner inquiries. The goal is to ensure a positive customer experience and efficiently manage the technicians' time to meet service demands.

Requirements

  • Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic Computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a clean and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by communicating all repair information and recommendations from the technician to the customer.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure a positive customer experience.
  • Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
