  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to schedule service appointments and confirm service details.
  • Coordinate with technicians and parts department staff to ensure timely completion of service orders, including ordering necessary parts and scheduling labor.
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process, providing updates on estimated completion times and any additional work required.
  • Review service orders and invoices with customers upon completion of service, explaining the work performed and any charges incurred.
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle histories in the dealership's service management system.
