Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers upon arrival in the maintenance area.
Listen attentively to customer vehicle concerns and conduct thorough inspections.
Proactively check for recalls and retrieve crucial vehicle information.
Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and providing daily updates.
Perform administrative duties, including submitting documentation for warranty repair orders and handling customer relations on a per-need basis.
Verify warranty and service contract coverage.
Prepare detailed repair orders, describing symptoms, problems, causes, and required repairs/services.
Obtain necessary approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database system.
Monitor repair work to ensure timely completion.
Review completed jobs, collect payments, and efficiently close out service orders.
