Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
  • Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns to accurately document service needs
  • Provide detailed explanations of repair and maintenance procedures, estimates, and timelines
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
  • Prepare and review service orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and additional service recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
  • Keep up-to-date with manufacturer specifications, service procedures, and warranty policies
