Requirements

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience required
  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes
  • Proven track record of strong customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively with technicians, management, and customers
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Nice To Haves

  • Toyota dealership experience strongly preferred
  • Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming, high-trust service experience
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Provide accurate maintenance and repair recommendations with integrity and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly with technicians, parts, and customers throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers informed on timelines, approvals, and vehicle status updates
  • Review completed repairs and invoices with customers at vehicle delivery
  • Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-through
  • Maintain strong CSI performance and customer retention
  • Help manage workflow efficiently while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally while working toward positive resolution
