About The Position

Princeton BMW is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their team and the Holman family. The Service Advisor will visually inspect vehicles, question customers about vehicle performance, complete service work orders, and explain service costs to customers. They will interact with customers to determine immediate service needs, use a consultative approach to educate customers on services and products, and serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. The role requires providing excellent customer service by demonstrating the company's mission and values.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 2+ years of BMW or other High Line Service Writer experience
  • Highline experience strongly preferred
  • Current valid driver’s license and the ability to operate an automobile
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to be a team player
  • Ability to work Saturday
