About The Position

The Service Advisor in Training position is designed for team members who demonstrate strong customer service skills, positive energy, and a desire to grow within the company. This role begins with mastering the responsibilities of a Cashier/Guest Service Team Member, while developing the sales, communication, and operational skills needed to transition into a full Service Advisor role. This position serves as a stepping stone into a customer facing sales leadership role focused on Fast Pass membership growth, detail service sales, guest retention, and delivering a best in class customer experience. Think of it as the front door to advancement, where strong service turns into strong sales, and strong sales turns into career growth.
