About The Position

Pacific BMW is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time position with benefits offered after 60 days. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting clients, assessing their needs, writing repair orders, keeping customers informed about their vehicle's status, and promoting services, parts, and accessories. The role also involves serving as a liaison between various departments including the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Parts personnel, Technicians, and Warranty Manager. Requirements

  • High-line auto Dealership experience as a Service Advisor
  • Upbeat personality with a positive attitude
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Superior talent to solve customer challenges
  • Ability to multitask by navigating a personal computer while assisting customers over the phone and in person
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Current Driver's License with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • BMW certification is preferred
  • Some college is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and greet all clients who visit our BMW Center
  • Assess client needs and personalize the interaction in order to establish long-term relationships
  • Write and verify all repair orders & supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Keep customer abreast of vehicle status while in shop & ensure promised completion time is met
  • Answer and follow-up with any customer related questions or comments
  • Refer to service vehicle history, inspect vehicle and recommend services in client's best interests
  • Responsibly promote the sales of appropriate services, parts & accessories to satisfy customers' needs
  • Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, the Shop Foreman, Parts personnel, Technicians & Warranty Manager
