Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive service environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
- Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their automotive service needs
- Provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage workflow to maximize productivity
- Communicate service progress and recommendations clearly to customers
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality work
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and parts orders
- Promote additional service opportunities and company promotions to customers
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
