Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within an automotive service environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with service management software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, addressing their automotive service needs
  • Provide accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and manage workflow to maximize productivity
  • Communicate service progress and recommendations clearly to customers
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and quality work
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and parts orders
  • Promote additional service opportunities and company promotions to customers
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally to ensure satisfaction
