Requirements

  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, proofed, and closed efficiently.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Oversee service and warranty work orders.
  • Assist in shop workflow.
  • Check-in equipment for repair.
  • Assist customers.
