The Service Advisor processes routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with credit union policies. Beyond transactions, this role involves actively listening to members to identify opportunities to inform them about relevant credit union products and services that can enhance their financial well-being. The Service Advisor will also direct members to a Relationship Advisor for more in-depth financial assistance. The position requires adherence to the credit union's Core Values and WE Standards, which guide member service, internal support, and community engagement.
