Role: The Service Advisor serves as a welcoming point of contact for members and plays a vital role in delivering accurate and efficient Teller transactions while providing outstanding service that reflects our commitment to our members. This position processes routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with credit union policies and procedures. This role goes beyond transactional duties by actively listening to members, identifying opportunities to inform and connect them with relevant credit union products and services that benefit their financial well-being. The Service Advisor directs members to a Relationship Advisor when more in-depth financial assistance is needed.
