About The Position

We're looking for a Service Advisor who can help drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and support operations across multiple locations when needed. This is more than a typical service writer position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow, lead, and eventually have the opportunity to run a store.

Requirements

• Automotive service writing experience preferred
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Leadership mindset with a desire to grow
• Flexible and willing to support multiple locations

Nice To Haves

• Automotive knowledge and repair experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build trust
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Perform vehicle walkarounds and review inspection results
• Build estimates and present recommendations
• Follow up on declined work and customer concerns
• Help drive sales and customer retention
• Support daily shop operations
• Assist multiple locations as business needs require
• Help ensure processes are followed and goals are achieved
