About The Position

Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department at assigned Ron Marhofer Auto Family dealership. Write repair orders, provide cost estimates, coordinate with technicians, and deliver seamless, exceptional service from check-in to delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Prior customer service experience required.
• Automotive service, retail, or hospitality background with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, active listening, and customer service skills.
• Ability to write accurate repair orders and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to explain technical repairs clearly.
• Valid driver's license required.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's degree in Automotive Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1-2+ years of dealership service advisor experience with a proven record of driving CSI.
• Experience in upselling maintenance services and managing high-volume service drives.
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Familiarity with manufacturer warranty processes.
• Knowledge of multi-point inspections and service upselling techniques.
