About The Position

A Compliance Engine Report Specialist (often titled as a Fire Compliance Review Specialist or Response Analyst) acts as a critical link between fire protection contractors and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). This role focuses on ensuring that all life safety systems—such as alarms and sprinklers—are inspected, tested, and maintained according to NFPA codes and local ordinances. Core Responsibilities

Requirements

• Report Review & Validation: Analyze inspection reports submitted through The Compliance Engine (TCE) for accuracy and completeness.
• Deficiency Management: Categorize the severity of identified deficiencies and verify that they align with local fire codes.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with service providers (technicians) to validate findings and with AHJs/property owners to ensure necessary repairs are completed.
• Data Integrity: Enter and maintain real-time data within the TCE portal to track compliance status and deficiency corrections for a jurisdiction.
• System Support: Select appropriate templates for different fire systems (e.g., Kitchen Hood, Sprinkler, Fire Alarm) and assist in onboarding new premises or users.
