You’ll assist with scheduling appointments, supporting technicians and advisors, and ensuring an efficient and positive customer experience. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage service appointments for customers
• Greet customers and assist with check-in/check-out processes
• Move and park customer vehicles safely
• Support technicians and service advisors with daily tasks
• Assist with creating repair estimates and securing prior approvals
• Communicate updates to customers regarding service status
• Maintain accurate records in the system
